For the month of April: I am going to pop in once a week and discuss a topic. To start us off is a nice one emotions, we all have them good and bad. But its how we react to these emotions, when we are angry do we add extra energy to our day by holding onto this angry for the whole day or do you choose to release and let go.
A tip I give and its something that I practice quiet a bit is when I am angry or cross, I look and see what caused this, could I have dealt with the situation differently. And when I have addressed the emotion, and acknowledged it, I can then decide whether to carry this with me for the day, or do I want to release it.
I practice breathe work also, breathing in for 4 holding for 4, and breathe out for 4, and I really find it brings me back to that lovely place of calm.
